alongside the assigned task. It does not replace its requirements or scoring rubric.

## Requirements

- [ ] I have read the actual task and identified every requested deliverable.
- [ ] I linked each requirement to a file, section, demo, or other evidence.
- [ ] I explicitly listed anything unfinished or out of scope.

## Review access

- [ ] Links open with the access my reviewer will have.
- [ ] Files have descriptive names and a clear submitted version.
- [ ] I included setup or viewing instructions where needed.
- [ ] I removed secrets and unnecessary personal or confidential information.
- [ ] I have permission to use and share the data and assets.

## Explanation

- [ ] I stated the problem and intended audience.
- [ ] I identified my contribution and collaborators' contributions.
- [ ] I explained a meaningful decision and its tradeoff.
- [ ] I recorded sources and any assistance disclosures the task requires.

## Checks appropriate to my field

Choose the checks relevant to your task; not every item applies to every project.

- Technology: required behavior, failure cases, and reproducible setup.
- Design & Product: flows, error states, rationale, and tests actually conducted.
- Business & Growth: sources, arithmetic, assumptions, and alternative scenarios.
- Data & AI: data quality, reproducibility, baseline, evaluation, and limitations.
- Marketing: audience, message consistency, assets, and measurement method.
- Operations: responsibilities, handoffs, exceptions, and process walkthroughs.

- [ ] I recorded expected and observed results for the checks I ran.
- [ ] I separated measured outcomes from forecasts, concepts, and simulations.
- [ ] I identified remaining limitations.

## After feedback

- [ ] I recorded each requested change.
- [ ] I linked the change to revised evidence.
- [ ] The original and revised versions are distinguishable.
- [ ] I checked the actual task result; submitting alone does not mean passing.

For ProofCohort's standard program certificate flow, every weekly task must be
