Payments, cancellations and refunds

How to get help with duplicate charges, undelivered digital purchases, mentoring cancellations, and refund requests.

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Check before you pay

Program participation is free. The optional program certificate bundle costs ₹499 per eligible enrollment, a skill certificate costs ₹199 after passing, and mentoring costs ₹499 per eligible enrollment. AI message packs are priced separately. These are one-time purchases. Check the fees page and checkout for the item, amount, and eligibility. Payment does not guarantee a passing assessment or a job.

Prices may increase or decrease for future purchases. Updated prices will be published on the fees page and shown before payment. An existing checkout order keeps its quoted amount; a completed purchase keeps its agreed price and purchased benefits. A later price change does not create an additional charge or an automatic refund of the difference. This does not affect applicable consumer rights or our payment and refund policy.

A payment went wrong

If you were charged twice, charged but did not receive the purchased entitlement, or cannot use a service as described, email proofcohort@gmail.com. Include your account email, order or payment ID, payment date, amount, and a short explanation. Do not send card numbers, CVVs, OTPs, or banking passwords.

Payment confirmation can be delayed. Check the payment status and your account before attempting another payment. We will review the transaction and delivery record with the payment provider where needed, and arrange correction or an applicable remedy. Any refund must be reconciled with the corresponding purchased entitlement.

Cancellation and change-of-mind requests

Contact support as early as possible to cancel or reschedule mentoring, particularly before a session takes place. State whether a mentor has been assigned and whether any session has been delivered. For certificates or AI packs, state whether the credential has been issued or any purchased messages have been used.

A standard voluntary change-of-mind refund window is not currently advertised. Such requests are assessed on the circumstances, delivery status, and applicable law; do not assume approval before receiving a decision. This is not a blanket no-refund policy. Duplicate payments, deficient or undelivered services, and other statutory remedies are considered separately from a change of mind.

Approved refunds and disputes

If a refund is approved, support will explain the amount, affected entitlement, and processing steps. Refunds are normally returned through the original payment method where supported. The provider or bank controls the time until the credit appears; ask support for a reference if it is delayed.

These terms do not limit remedies for defective, deficient, misdescribed, or undelivered services, or other rights under applicable consumer law. You may raise a complaint through support or an appropriate consumer forum. A payment dispute is not resolved merely because access was technically unlocked.
