Terms of use

These terms apply to the ProofCohort platform at proofcohort.in. Read them alongside the privacy policy, payment-help page, and the specific program or purchase description. Creating an account or making a purchase indicates agreement to the applicable terms; optional analytics remains a separate choice.

Provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure, and tell support about suspected unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person, share a paid entitlement, or create accounts to evade restrictions.

Public descriptions explain each program's syllabus and prerequisites. Participation is free, subject to application review and availability. Optional certificates, mentoring, and AI message packs are separate purchases listed on the fees page and in checkout.

In the standard program flow, every weekly task must be reviewed or approved with a score of at least 65% before the optional program certificate bundle is available. Skill certificates require a completed passing assessment. Payment does not replace the work or guarantee a passing result. Raise a disputed assessment with support and identify the submission and reason for review.

Credentials record the learning or assessment described by their issuer. A program alone does not create employment, a paid internship, an accredited qualification, or a promise of a job, placement, salary, or college credit. Partner-issued credentials require an actual authorized arrangement. Test credentials and administrative exceptions are labeled as such.

Issued credentials have public verification records as described in the privacy policy. Do not alter certificates, misrepresent an issuer, or claim an employment relationship that did not exist. Udyam registration identifies an enterprise; it is not an accreditation of courses or an endorsement of certificates.

You keep ownership of work you create, subject to third-party rights. You give us permission to store, display to authorized reviewers, and process submitted material as needed to deliver the program, review work, provide feedback, and administer credentials. This includes AI-assisted review described in the privacy policy. This permission does not allow us to sell your work or use it in advertising without separate permission.

Submit work you have permission to share, identify your own contribution, and follow the task's rules about collaboration and AI use. Do not upload secrets, malicious software, unlawful content, confidential employer material, or other people's private information without permission. Do not plagiarize, harass others, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or automate abusive requests.

Platform materials, designs, and branding remain with their respective owners. Access to a program does not grant permission to resell its materials or represent yourself as an authorized partner.

Program participation is free. Optional one-time purchases are ₹499 for a program certificate bundle per eligible enrollment, ₹199 for a skill certificate after passing its assessment, and ₹499 for mentoring per eligible enrollment. Additional AI message packs are priced separately on the fees page.

Review the item, eligibility, amount in Indian rupees, and any disclosed charges before confirming payment. The current purchases are one-time purchases; no recurring subscription is created by these checkout flows. Successful payment must be verified before the corresponding entitlement is unlocked.

Digital credentials are accessed through the account after eligibility and payment checks. Mentoring depends on an eligible enrollment, mentor assignment, and scheduling availability. Confirm the scope and booking details before purchasing; no number of sessions or response time is promised unless stated in the offer.

AI packs add a stated number of messages. A message is charged when a text reply begins; a response interrupted after it begins may still consume a message. Provider availability, limits, and model choices can change. A pack does not promise unlimited access to any particular provider. Payment errors, undelivered services, cancellations, and refund requests are handled as described on the payment-help page, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Prices may increase or decrease for future purchases. Updated prices will be published on the fees page and shown before payment. An existing checkout order keeps its quoted amount; a completed purchase keeps its agreed price and purchased benefits. A later price change does not create an additional charge or an automatic refund of the difference. This does not affect applicable consumer rights or our payment and refund policy.

AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check it before relying on it or submitting it as your own work, and follow your program's disclosure rules. AI responses do not guarantee assessment outcomes or provide a substitute for professional advice.

Payment, repository, meeting, scheduling, and social services have their own terms. You choose whether to follow an external link. Availability of a third-party service is outside our direct control; this does not remove our responsibilities for a service you bought from us.

Access may be restricted where reasonably needed to investigate misuse, protect accounts, comply with law, or respond to a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and a way to contact support to challenge it, unless doing so would undermine security or a legal obligation.

Program content and software may change. Changes should not retrospectively remove a purchased entitlement without an appropriate explanation and remedy where required. Closing an account does not automatically settle an outstanding payment dispute or erase records that must be retained.

Learning progress and employment outcomes depend on many factors. We cannot promise uninterrupted access, a particular hiring result, or that every external tool remains available. Report defects or interruptions so they can be investigated.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes mandatory consumer protections, or prevents you from seeking a remedy available under applicable law. These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. They do not require you to waive access to a competent consumer forum or court.

Revised terms will show an updated date. Material changes will be brought to your attention through an appropriate notice. New terms will not be used to remove consumer rights or undisclosed remedies for an earlier purchase.
